Last.fm is a UK-based Internet radio and music community website, founded in 2002 and now owned by CBS Interactive. It has over 30 million active users based in more than 200 countries.
When Bebo launched it’s open application platform it wanted Last.fm to be part of it. Last.fm needed to quickly develop 3 new apps for launch to give Bebo users a taste of what it could do.
Hannah Donovan (Head of Creative) asked us to work alongside NudgeSocialMedia – who were developing the back-end – to design the interface for the apps that Bebo users would love.
With customisable background skins, personalised experience of some of Last.fm key features, and an edgy and playful look, the apps were delivered to a tight deadline in time for the platform launch and helped grow the Last.fm brand within Bebo’s estimated 31 million users.
